Default Let me introduce myself

For the moment I want to be a lurker. Don't even know enough to ask intelligent questions yet. I have a couple of hobbies, lapidary and jewelry making, which I would like to use the skills of engraving for decoration. My occupation was engineering (electronic) and am now retired and living in Southern California. for letting me join.

Welcome to this great site. What kind of stones do you cut? I am looking for someone to cut some freeforms to put into bracelets I engrave. Check out pictures of western engraving. Jack
