Default Spare a thought

Only 3 months ago I was happily buying items from the U.S. as the exchange rate on our dollar was near parity (A$1 = US 98.5c). It was great - the best rate in 25 years. Today's exchange rate A$1 = US 60.4c. Have to put all of those dream purchases on hold now - goodness knows for how long.

I feel your pain here in Japan as well ! The Yen is at the highest it's been since 1995. Maybe we should all go back to using Gold as the universal currency.
