Default New to Engraving Forum

On a couple of the knife forums and on the engraving forum. Glad to be here! Always wanting to learn as much as I can. I've been hooked on knives, Guns, and the Engraving of them every since I was a boy and have wanted to learn the art of engraving since then, when I around 7-8 yrs old my Dad built custom rifles form Mauser 98 actions, He and some friends made their own barrels and did their own head spacing and so on, and built stocks from scratch, I have one that he made and is one of my most special keepsakes. I made my first knife in 8th grade and when lade up from a back injury I started making them again, Have been making knives fairly steady since 95. I'm a 911 dispatcher/knifemaker/wantabe engraver. Thanks for letting me hang out. Dwayne
