Jim, The Point is a carbalt, The different levels of shading is achieved by laying out Dots or lines, Either Closer, or spaced further appart, I always shade a area very Lightly,!! then go back and do a second pass on a area that needs to be darker, and a Third, to really get a dark edge, Proximity of the Dots.!! is what counts, Always refer to do Bigger Picture to obtain the correct shading.

Steve, the Sony has a retractable Lense, when You Switch on it telescopes Out, The Outer one that is the last segment fits nicely into the rubber cup on the Scope.
