You could try to let the leafes come out of the crossed ribbon next time to see if it might look better.
Your a big example for me now, I should engrave more instead of wanting to make the perfect design first. By engraving knifes and such you start to get the feel better of how a design works out when engraved. And that helps with the design your going to make after that.
