Thanks for all the nice comments on the knife. I have just added a larger picture for a better view.

I do believe this is called a chieve, and is a handy little knife, Hard as nails to engrave tho.

Pat,
I believe these are made of 410 series stainless, and the blade is 420 series stainless. I do know I now have several differn't languages, and they all consist of blue smoke, and steam.
