Default Broken part

Well almost working, except for a leak around the swithch meant alot of pressure was escaping and the tool was having abit of trouble running.

On inspection the thread attatching the switch was 2/3rds hole
Needless to say it is now totally sheared off....

Can i have a new switch please Steve?

Looks like the on/off toggle brass fitting broke though shipping. I'll send a replacement right away. Until the replacement comes you can bypass this on/off toggle.
Unscrew the hose barb that the compressor tube connects to at the toggle switch and screw it in the location where the on/off toggle connects to the regulator. Now you can just use the regulator to turn on/off by adjusting the pressure to zero, or to turn it on, adjust the pressure to 40psi. You can take the tool up to 60 or even 80 if needed for more power, but for now to work with and get used to it run it at 40 to 60psi.
The replacement toggle is on its way.

Thanyou Steve

I just love this customer service
Bit unfortunate but nevermind, we will not let these small hiccups stand in our way!

The actual switch is working fine. the thread joining the regulator is ok, just that bit in the picture above, looks like half the thread broke off.

All setup as per Steves instruction & works a treat
What a wonderful tool!

Looks like my 6.3 gallon compressor will be running for a good few hours yet.
A few small adjustments to the settings for certain applications, otherwise it`s about perfect straight out of the box

Too busy playing with it to get much work done at the moment, luckily it`s friday

You will find that this little tool will do just about everything you want it to do. It does have a problem breaking the ice jam in my driveway though,Ha. Steves service is the best. That you can talk to the guy that made it is the big thing. Have fun with your new graver. Jack
